Our Open Enrollment will take place from January 1st-January 10th, which means that you need to have all of your insurance selections inputted in Rippling by January 10th in order to enroll in coverage for the 2025-2026 plan year. Plans for the 2025-2026 plan year will become effective on 2/1/25.
You will get an email on Open Enrollment from Rippling in your Replicate inbox, and you can also complete your enrollment by clicking on the “personal annual insurance elections” task in your Rippling dashboard. Even if you’d like to waive coverage, please go through the Open Enrollment flow and indicate that so I don’t bother you about completion once the enrollment deadline approaches :)
As a small group, we are only eligible for a limited number of dental, vision, life, and long-term disability plans, so we will offer the same plans as we did in 2024 for those categories. Instead of offering a single medical plan, we will offer three different plans to address employee feedback and offer more flexibility.
Here is a snapshot of the basic plan differences:
Open Enrollment is also your chance to opt-in to an FSA plan. If you choose not to opt-in, you’ll have to wait until January 2026 to do so.
We recognize that insurance is nuanced and varies based on each person’s situation. Our goal for this renewal is to provide plans that address as many people’s needs as we can based on what’s possible given our company stage. We’re trying to make this as simple as possible for employees, so please feel free to Slack me any questions, or let me know if you’d like to talk through the new medical plan options live and I’ll find time for us to meet.
